My specialty, after years of working with children and individuals, is now Couples and Family Therapy, and what’s been most helpful to me is the awareness I have gained, both professionally and personally, that we’re all in this relationship struggle together.

In sessions, my prime goal is to create a calm, safe place where each person can fully express their wants, needs, problems and fears openly and honestly. It isn't until nothing is being held back and we're sure we've been heard and understood by the other that the work of figuring out what's next can begin.
